Services
Humanistic/integrative counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. EMDR and IFS-informed EMDR. FLASH Technique/Trauma Therapy.
ADHD diagnosis and psychological intervention

We provide virtual face to face therapy sessions consisting of 50 minutes
Telephone, email and instant messaging
We have found that some individuals feel very exposed undertaking virtual face to face therapy. As a result, we also provide telephone, email and instant messaging therapy.
Therapy fees
All means of counselling are delivered at a standard rate of £90 per session. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is set at a standard price of £90 per session. EMDR/IFS informed EMDR is set at a standard price £120. FLASH Technique/trauma therapy is also £120 per session. All sessions are 50 minutes in duration (therapeutic hour).
ADHD assessments are £1000, and will be conducted over two hours (120 minutes). A written report will also be provided within 48hrs of the assessment. A follow up appointment can also be discussed and booked at the time of the assessment to potentially undertake psychological treatment.
